In an elegant ballroom, begin your evening with a selection of internationally-inspired handmade hors d’oeuvres. Then indulge in a three-course dinner starting with fresh greens and continuing to a succulent entree featuring a duet of sliced sirloin and parmesan crumb roasted shrimp, with Yukon smashed potatoes, grilled asparagus, lemon chardonnay butter and a veal reduction. Accompanying the main course are two authentic Italian pastas served family-style: a light rigatoni primavera and an indulgent gigli pasta with pancetta, peas, leaks and truffle cream sauce. Finish with a tantalizing amaretto chocolate flourless cake that will satisfy even the most discriminating sweet tooth. This star-quality meal will be enhanced with pairings of fine Italian wines, each bottle of vino hand-picked by Prime’s experienced sommeliers. Musically enriching your three gourmet courses will be something unlike ever before: an operatic cabaret. Experience the dynamic duo of Jessica Medoff and Michael Bunchman, whose cabaret acts have been described as "remarkably talented, charismatic, and thrilling... audiences love them." The 10th annual Pasta & Puccini will take place on Sunday, April 22, 2012 at 5:00 PM at Prime at Saratoga National Golf Club. The cost is $83 per person and a cash bar will be available. Cocktails and hors d'oeuvres begin at 5:00 PM with dinner and the cabaret to follow.
