DIRECTIONS: Universal Preservation Hall (UPH) is easily accessible from I-87 if coming from the North or South. If coming from the East or West, Route 29 will lead you there. PARKING: While UPH does not have their own parking lot or parking garage there are several parking garages within walking distance. Those include: Woodlawn Garage (34 Woodlawn Ave, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866), Congress Plaza (68 Congress Street, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866), Putnam Street Parking Lot (21 Putnam St., Saratoga Springs, NY 12866)
Please Note: When parking in downtown Saratoga, be aware of all posted signs. Many lots allow all-day parking, but some are limited to two hours during certain times of the day. Memorial Day 2025 through Labor Day 2025 city-owned parking garages and parking lots will be $2 per hour for non-residents of Saratoga. Click here for more information
